Sample Client Galleries

Booking a customized photo shoot experience can feel a little intimidating because your options are seemingly endless. It can be difficult to envision yourself as the subject. Below are several client case studies. My hope is that these offer you a look into the process and unique wants/needs/worries that clients have when they come to me.

Lifestyle Inspired Bridal Boudoir

Ms. H wanted her Bridal Boudoir session to have a lifestyle focus. Before her shoot she expressed concerns about capturing her curves in a flattering way. I used natural light to give the entire shoot a soft, dreamy feel. The result is a very flattering and cohesive portfolio that flows nicely from set to set. She chose to display her images in a small 6x8 Black Leather Album. The images progress from bridal lingerie and end in fine art nudes. She added a shower scene onto the end of her session for extra impact.

 Artistic Boudoir

When Ms. S reached out to me she only told me how she wanted to feel in her photos. She said, “I am celebrating a new chapter in my life and I want to feel strong and beautiful.” The rest was up to me which meant that I was free to play! I kept the setups minimal and focused on creative lighting. She went with the Little Black Box and added a 16x20 Metal Wall Print of one of her fine art nudes to display in her bedroom.

Black & White Fashion Inspired Maternity

Ms. A wanted a refined fashion inspired portfolio with only black and white images. We added a few portraits and lifestyle images into the mix to round out her session. Keeping the black and white theme ties the entire gallery together. She chose an 8x10 Black Leather Bound album to display her images.

Beauty & Boudoir Hybrid

Ms. K wanted a little bit of everything. Her session included lifestyle inspired boudoir, fine art boudoir, fine art nudes and beauty portraits. While less stylistically refined, the images still work together nicely. She opted to display her images in a Reveal Portfolio. The *Reveal Portfolio is a portfolio box with an acrylic frame on the front. This allows her to rotate different images to the front so she can enjoy her entire gallery but also allows her to control which images get displayed for more privacy. *Reveal portfolio is not listed on my website but can be requested in place of the couture portfolio.

High Drama Maternity

This mom-to-be wanted her photos to be filled with drama and elegance. We kept the portrait setups traditional and I used fabric and strobe lighting to create images that are moody and glamorous. She chose the Couture Portfolio to display her portraits.

Black & White Candid Lifestyle Boudoir

Ms. B wanted a lifestyle boudoir session with a candid approach. While still gently posed and guided, the lack of camera aware shots makes her gallery feel intimate and natural. She chose to display her images in the Little Black Box.

Lifestyle Boudoir + One Beauty Portrait

This retired mom of five was compelled to book this photo shoot after she realized she hadn’t been in a single photograph in years. This is a fairly common sentiment that moms confide in me when booking. She wanted to get in front of the camera and feel sexy and beautiful again. She also wanted to capture one traditional portrait - so that’s what we did! The lingerie and outfits she chose were perfect for a warmer color palette. She displayed her images in a 9x12 Black Leather Album.
